We are looking for a candidate who:
- has a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with an IT background;
- has strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing;
- is strongly analytical and sets high demands on quality;
- has at least 2 years proven experience in process design, preferably in BPMN;
- has experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and/or process change management;
- preferably has good communication skills in German/English, and
- preferably has work experience in corporate environments.

Software Engineer

- is strongly analytical and sets high demands on quality;
- is able to set up and maintain a professional software development environment;
- is highly skilled in creating object-oriented designs;
- has at least 4 years proven experience in software engineering using C# and Microsoft .NET;
- has strong skills in HTML, XML, SOAP and SVN;
- has thorough knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later;
- preferably has practical experience with BPMN or another process modeling method;
- preferably has good communication skills in German/English, and
- preferable has work experience in corporate environments.
